Series of services or packages will require a new 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your initial appointment date. This schedule will be created towards your total series fee when paid at your initial appointment to start a series/package. Series of a treatment are purchased at the beginning of your package in order to receive a discounted package price.
Deals purchased on websites such as Groupon and Living Social CANNOT BE REFUNDED BY US. If you would like to refund your purchase, it must be done with the website through which you purchased it. Any refund or issue cannot be handled by ALSC.
Once the anesthetic cream or products have been purchased, the transaction will be finalized.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, we request that clients give 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a $35.00 fee.
Gratuity is not included in the price of a service. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
